Palm Tree Cottage is a Historic 2-bedroom cottage and is tastefully decorated to ensure the comfort of each guest.
A combination of hardwood floors, porcelain tile and wood ceilings mixed with contemporary wall colors framed with crown moldings and trims go into this cottage. Add comfortable furnishings, a collection of art from renowned artists, fluffy towels, 400ct linens that feel like silk, and this cottage is ready to make each guest feel like home away from home.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage during the Cardinals spring training. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do, from games to restaurants to beaches. We loved having the full kitchen so we could cook our own breakfast and pack picnic lunches for the games. John was always available if we had any questions or wanted recommendations but he was never intrusive. We had a lovely time and hope to return soon!

We were two 25-26 yr old couples meeting in West Palm for New Year's. We emailed over 40 rentals and this cottage was by far the best deal. The cottage was completely clean, with plenty of dishes, fluffy towels (dont forget to bring your own beach towels) and clean sheets on two comfortable beds. Plenty of space for four people. The neighborhood was very pleasant, safe and quiet. Both girls thought said the neighborhood and cottage were "cute." Cab rides to city place were about $7. The landlord was very nice and recommended nice restaurants. Overall, we were very happy and definitely recommend the Cottage.

We planned a last minute trip to have Christmas with our granddaughter and really "lucked out" to find such great accommodation. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit; cottage was clean, well decorated, well equipped and the most hospitable and helpful landlord we could ever hope to find. You will definitely hear from us again when we have occasion to visit West Palm Beach.

This cottage is by far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! John is a great host and with my wife and 2 kids, we had a blast. The neighborhood is close to parks and things to do for both the parents and kids! I also have to say that John went out of his way to ensure that the cottage was allergy free from the cleanliness, to no fragrence cleaners, to sheets cleaned with scent free detergent! I would recommend this cottage to anyone traveling to west palm beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at the delightful Palm Tree Cottage. John was very hospitalable, providing us with informaton about local activities including shopping, scuba diving, and dining. The cottage was warm, inviting, and comfortable, with close proximity to everything we needed. Should we find ourselves in West Palm Beach in the future, we will be sure to look John up and will recommend the cottage to family and friends. Thanks John!

I would recommend this cottage to everyone. John is incredibly hospitable and helpful with everything. He also has another renter who lives on the property with the same attitude. The cottage is immaculate and very stylish. It came with everything we needed plus more. I will stay here everytime I come back to West Palm Beach.
